For Project Sponsors
EXPERTISE CAPITAL PARTNERS works with governments, public entities, project sponsors and established businesses seeking capital for infrastructure projects, expansion strategies and transformative growth opportunities across Africa.
We help sponsors assess investment readiness, strengthen the financial and transaction case, prepare appropriate documentation and engage relevant investors, lenders and strategic partners.
Who We Work With
ECP considers opportunities presented by organisations and sponsors with a clear mandate, identifiable ownership, credible management and the ability to progress a transaction.
Potential sponsors may include:

ECP reviews the information to determine whether the opportunity appears aligned with its sector focus and advisory capabilities.
Where relevant, we may request additional information or arrange an initial discussion with the sponsor.
If ECP determines that it may be able to provide meaningful support, the potential scope of an advisory engagement is discussed.
Following formal engagement, ECP may assist with investment readiness, financial structuring, documentation and transaction preparation.
Where included in the mandate and appropriate to the stage of the opportunity, ECP may engage selected investors, lenders or strategic partners.

EXPERTISE CAPITAL PARTNERS provides advisory and transaction-support services.
Submitting an opportunity to ECP does not constitute acceptance of a mandate, an agreement to provide advisory services, an investment commitment, an offer of financing or a guarantee that financing will be secured.
Any investor, lender or financing partner remains responsible for its own due diligence, investment decisions, approvals and applicable legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
ECP may decline to pursue an opportunity where it does not meet applicable internal criteria, where information is insufficient, or where the opportunity falls outside the firm’s advisory capabilities or risk parameters.
